Maria really needs our help in her fight for life!

Hello to all of my friends, partners, colleagues and those whom I do not know. I sincerely hope that you will be kind enough to forward my letter to all of your friends.  The family of Maria Biazliudava (DOB August 29^th, 2009) is asking for your help. 

Our daughter Maria has a horrible diagnosis- Medulloblastoma of the Brain with metastases in the spinal cord stage 4 (Brain Cancer), high risk group.

In May, the Belarusian doctors found a tumor in the brain of our 2 year old daughter and immediately a surgery was performed. However, this is just the beginning of the fight with this terrible and insidious disease. 

Right now, the most important thing in our life is to save the life of our daughter Maria. I am the mother of Maria, Julia Genadevna Biazliudava, currently in maternity leave. My previous place of employment was School #10, City Minsk- Teacher. My husband, Ivan Viktorovich Biazliudav is a policeman. Me and our sick daughter are currently being treated at the Borovlyan Children’s Oncology Center, where Maria is going though Chemotherapy.  After the chemotherapy blocks, the Belarusian doctors want to proceed with radiation. However, we do not agree with that because when radiation in the Republic of Belarus is done, it destroys the healthy brain cells as well. The Belarusian doctors do not give any guarantees for recovery.

After our discussion with the doctors in Germany, we were informed that our daughter must undergo a second medical examination and treatment in Helios Clinic, Berlin-Buch. The preliminary cost of the treatment, which includes a complete examination, chemotherapy, radiation and if needed surgery and/or other procedures is 100, 00.00 Euros. Even though its hard, but the chances of recovery in Germany are very high. 

Children are the most important and precious for us all, they are our blood and our continuation and the meaning of our lives. We ask you, we beg you, please respond to our request and help our child! We know that this time is difficult for all of us, and we all have our own struggles, but nobody will help our family besides you.

Please believe, that the kind thing that you will do for this unknown and unfamiliar child, will come back to you in a bigger size. The more kindness and good we will bring to the world, will make our world better and we will become better together with it!”

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, 

Vielen Dank für die Zusendung der Unterlagen des Kindes Marija. Wir haben diese bereits an den Chefarzt der Kinder- und Jugendmedizin des Klinikums Berlin-Buch, Prof. Dr. med. Schweigerer, zur Durchsicht weitergeleitet. 

Nach Rücksprache mit Prof. Dr. Schweigerer können wir Ihnen heute mitteilen, dass wir das Kind gerne stationär im HELIOS Klinikum Berlin-Buch aufnehmen können. Wie aus den Unterlagen zu entnehmen,besteht der Verdacht, dass Marija an einem Medulloblastom erkrankt ist. Diese Diagnose sollte genau überprüft werden. Dafür würde eine umfassende Diagnostik durchgeführt werden müssen, einschließlich körperlicher, laborchemischer sowie radiologischer Untersuchungen. Erst anhand der Befunde können wir dann Näheres zu einem Therapieplan sagen. 

Da zu diesem Zeitpunkt keine genaue Behandlung oder Operation erkennbar sind und die erste Diagnostik noch durchgeführt werden muss, können wir noch keinen detaillierten Kostenvoranschlag anhand einer DRG (gemäß der gesetzlich vorgegebenen Bestimmungen zur Abrechnung stationärer Leistungen eines Krankenhauses in der BRD) erstellen. 

Wir bitten daher um Anzahlung eines Betrages (siehe unten). Es sind nicht ausreichend Informationen zu dem momentanen Zustand der Patientin vorhanden. Von daher möchten wir ebenfalls daraufhinweisen, dass die Kosten für die Behandlung erheblich ansteigen können. 

Voraussichtlicher Betrag: 100.000,00 € 

Kosten für die Telefonbenutzung werden separat in Rechnung gestellt und sind nicht im Behandlungsange-botenthalten. 

Eine 100%ige Vorauszahlung der oben genannten Behandlungskosten ist zu leisten. 

Eine detaillierte Rechnung wird bei Beendigung der Behandlung erstellt.
